Once the term has commenced Starfish will not provide a refund or credit towards the following term. If you cancel before the term commences we will happily refund or credit funds towards the following term.
Please understand, once term commences it is extremely challenging to fill classes with new students because most students are already enrolled into other swim programs at the start of any term.
Extreme circumstances will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
