Direct Debit Schedule 2026

Direct Debits are processed fortnightly on a Wednesday for the following fortnight of lessons.
If you have joined part way through a cycle and have not made any payment upfront, your first debit amount could be higher than a fortnight to catch up to the debit cycle.

IMPORTANT NOTES on processing dates

  • Direct Debits are processed on the morning of the nominated processing date.
  • If the processing date falls on a Public Holiday, processing will commence on the next banking day.
  • Payments from bank accounts may take 3 to 4 banking days (weekdays) to process. Please ensure funds are available from the processing date for this duration to avoid any declined payment fees.
  • Once processing has started, the direct debit cannot be recalled, stopped or cancelled.

Processing Fees

Please note that processing fees are on-charged for this service. Current fees are:

  • Bank Accounts: $0.88 transaction fee
  • Credit Cards: $0.33 transaction fee plus 1.98% merchant surcharge for Visa/Mastercard/AMEX (plus additional 1.10% for international cards)
  • Failure Fee: $20.00
